"RoboCluster Manufacturing AutomationXchange: Physical AI Value Chain"

by National Robotics Programme and AutomationSG

The next generation of manufacturing automation is moving beyond traditional rule-based systems towards intelligent, adaptive machines capable of perceiving, reasoning, and acting within complex environments. This shift, enabled by advances in AI, robotics, and industrial data infrastructure, is creating new opportunities for the deployment of Physical AI systems in factories.

As manufacturing moves towards more flexible and intelligent operations, the automation value chain is also evolving. This workshop will highlight the key layers of the value chain that is shaping the deployment of Physical AI, and how industry players can leverage these enablers to accelerate adoption in manufacturing environments.

Key areas covered include:

  • Robot AI Model Training and Deployment
  • Fleet Management and Intelligent Robot Operations
  • Enterprise IT/OT Integration and Hyper-Connected Manufacturing
  • Cybersecurity for Intelligent Automation
  • Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) and New Deployment Models

Through this industry sharing, participants will gain insights into the evolving Physical AI ecosystem — whether you are a manufacturer exploring how to adopt these capabilities, or a System Integrator (SI) looking to identify new opportunities and expand your role across the emerging Physical AI value chain.

This session will prioritise attendees who are System Integrators and Research Institutes.

"Beyond Borders: Turning the JS-SEZ Opportunity into Your Next Move"

Expanding beyond Singapore is a significant step. For enterprises ready to internationalise, the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) presents a compelling first move. This track is designed to help enterprises navigate this transition with confidence. Drawing on the JS-SEZ Playbook, firsthand accounts from early adopters, and an overview of available workforce and talent programmes, the track offers grounded, practical guidance for Singapore-registered companies weighing their options. A closing panel brings the conversation to life, addressing real concerns and helping attendees map out their next steps.

Innovation Track

"AI, IoT and Sustainability in Action: Driving Efficiency, Stability and Long-Term Value"

Advanced manufacturing today demands more than standalone technologies. It requires integrated, intelligent systems that support product development, accelerate time to market, and respond to evolving customer demands. This session explores how AI and IoT are applied in real-world industrial environments, with a focus on practical solutioning and implementation.

Participants will gain insight into how digital platforms enable data-driven operations, from continuous optimisation and early fault detection to predictive maintenance and long-term stability. The session also examines how partnerships are shaping AI and IoT innovation, and how organisations can adopt flexible, sustainable solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and deliver measurable returns.

Keynote Address "General-Purpose Robots: Next-Gen Revolutionary Intelligent Terminal"

by Dr Eric Guo, Founder & CEO, AI² Robotics

Artificial General Intelligence’s (AGI) large models are shifting from the digital realm to the physical world, sparking a tech revolution that has given rise to the fourth generation of revolutionary intelligent terminals: General Purpose Robots. At the heart of this robotic intelligence transformation lies the Embodied Foundation Model.

In today’s rapidly advancing technology landscape, the end-to-end Vision-Language-Action (VLA) paradigm is emerging as the universal architecture. We often hear these questions: What does it take to build a powerful VLA model and the critical components for success? As AI models and robotics converge, how should hardware and software be co-designed? What commercial strategies to achieve scalable deployment to empower thousands of industries and enter millions of households?

Join us for an insightful session with Dr. Yandong (Eric) Guo, Founder & CEO of AI² Robotics. From an industrial perspective, he will deliver a comprehensive analysis on how Embodied AI is driving robotics into a new era of general-purpose intelligence.

Industry Presentation "Charting the Path to Smart Green Manufacturing"

by Mr Karthik Arunachalam, Delta Electronics

Successful factories of the future will be the ones that effectively manage the trilemma of operational resilience, sustainability and cybersecurity in an increasingly volatile industrial landscape. Near-term realities include supply chain swings, energy cost volatility, carbon policy pressure, climate change risks and intensifying IT-OT targeted attacks. There is an increased emphasis and expectation on factories to address these volatilities with an appropriate strategic approach, right digitalization platforms and holistic solutioning.

Delta Electronics operationalizes smart green manufacturing in its factories through our ambitious RE100, and net zero commitments - near term and long term, AI-enabled IIOT solutions, robotics, sensing, and energy optimization. We also work with our clients and co-innovate with partners through a solution-based approach, ESG-led consultation and collaborative R&D to develop and implement smart energy strategies and digitally managed plants. The future industrial environment will require AI native factories, impose stricter carbon and cyber standards, and forge greater ecosystem collaboration.
